If the fee is fine but "sudden", when should it have been implemented? It


seems like seven months before the race isn't "sudden" and gives people plenty of time to plan for it. Nobody coming in from out of town has a budget down to $15. You might argue that any low income local that won't spend the night in a hotel is impacted, but what does $15 add to their budget of running shoes, shorts, training, special diet, etc? It seems insignificant to everybody.
